Valens Ndayisenga is a pro cyclist out of Rwanda and at the age of 19 he made history at the 2013 Tour of Rwanda becoming the youngest Rwandan to ever win a stage at the Tour. He’s also known to be a wicked climber. Below is a list of his recent top finishes
