Talent Cycles owner Edwin Morel was born in the Dominican Republic and had humble beginnings to the sport of cycling as a teenager. Since that time Edwin has traveled the world, racing for the Dominican national team!
He’s now a Cat 1 bike racer and a former champion! He won the Dominican Republic Jr. National Champion by the age of 16, he was a member of the Dominican Republic National Team for 4 years, U-23 National Champion, stage winner of the Vuelta Indepencia, winner of the Classico of Caguas in Puerto Rico, and 3rd place finisher in the Mengoni Grand Prix 2005.
The former champion took all his experience on and off the bike and used it to start his own business, Talent Cycles which is located right in Harlem NYC.
